Is Insurance Included in Bookings?No, it is your responsibility to have comprehensive personal, travel, and medical travel insurance to ensure you are adequately covered throughout your journey. All About Adventure does not provide personal travel insurance for passengers. We cannot be held liable for the loss or damage to passengers’ luggage, hand luggage, or personal effects. Passengers should verify with their insurers the extent of coverage for adventure, high-risk activities, and travel in Southern Africa. It is highly recommended to obtain travel insurance covering any potential tour cancellations or if you need to cancel due to travel restrictions or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond your or All About Adventure’s control. Ensuring you have appropriate travel insurance provides peace of mind in case of unexpected situations, allowing you to fully enjoy your adventure with All About Adventure.

Can I Purchase Meals on Tour?At All About Adventure, we want you to savour the diverse flavours of South African cuisine. While some meals and drinks are not included in most tours, this provides a perfect opportunity for travellers to indulge in local dining experiences. Please review your tour’s specific details to confirm the included meals. Breakfast (Usually included in the cost): Usually served at the accommodation’s breakfast room or restaurant, especially in Bed & Breakfast multi-day packages. Each overnight stay includes breakfast. Lunch (not included in the cost): Enjoy lunch en-route, typically with limited time and options. Budget approximately R60 to R150 per lunch, depending on your selection. Dinner (Usually included in the cost): During multi-day tours, dinner is scheduled in your free time after each day’s tour schedule. You can choose to dine out at your leisure, your guide can recommend local restaurants, and some accommodations have communal kitchens if you prefer to prepare your own meals. Any specific dietary requirements must be notified to us before your tour in order for us to cater for you.

Can I change my booking?Absolutely, we understand plans may need adjustments. However, any changes to your booking are subject to the specific terms linked to the product you’ve selected. If you’d like to switch to an alternate date or opt for a different tour package, it may involve cancellation or change fees, subject to availability, and potential adjustments for upgrades or price differences. All requests for date changes or cancellations should be directed to allaboutadventuresa@gmail.com. If your reservation was made through a travel agent, kindly reach out to them to facilitate the necessary changes. Remember, modifications are permissible if requested before the specific tour’s full payment deadline. Pickup and Drop-Off InformationPickup Time Details At All About Adventure, we aim to make your travel experience seamless. For scheduled small group tours, specific pickup addresses are not predetermined. Pickup times are provided approximately a day before the tour departs for Cape Town based addresses. Typically, pickup times for scheduled small group tour packages fall in the early morning, ranging between +/- 6 am and 8 am. You will receive the exact pickup time for your address the afternoon before the tour departs. Please note that flights on the first or last day of scheduled group tours are not recommended, as the group cannot wait in case of flight delays. We advise booking accommodation before and after the trip to ensure a set pickup address. The pickup transfer shuttle service operates in a round-trip fashion to collect all travellers, meaning your pickup address may be first or later on the pickup list route. There is no central collection point for scheduled tours with a pickup shuttle; each person is collected from their preferred hotel or street address. While we strive to maintain the schedule, pickup times may vary by 30 minutes due to factors such as traffic or unforeseen circumstances. Passengers can contact us if the shuttle service is running more than half an hour behind schedule for updates. Return Drop-Off Information Return times after most day tours can range from late afternoon around +/- 6 pm to 7 pm. For multi-day group tours, return times usually vary from +/- 3 pm to 9 pm, subject to traffic, weather conditions, or the duration spent at stops during the day. Small group tours cannot provide exact start or end times, as they depend on each person’s pickup or drop-off addresses, seasonal variations, and potential road delays. On multi-day tours, overnight accommodations are typically reached by late afternoon or early evening, in line with your tour’s itinerary. We recommend avoiding scheduling arrangements, especially flights, for the first or last day of the tour, as traffic and weather may impact the approximate pickup and drop-off times. While we make every reasonable effort to adhere to the tour’s scheduled timetable, unforeseen changes or late arrivals due to factors beyond our control may occur. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Can I Reserve a Booking Without Payment?No, to secure your spot for any online bookings, a deposit is required. The full payment must be completed within the payment deadline, as outlined in the terms and conditions. We understand flexibility, and partial payments are accepted as instalments, detailed on your booking receipt. However, your booking status remains pending (partial paid) until the full payment is received. A confirmation email will be sent upon full payment. For most private or custom tours, full payment is required 30 days before the tour—please review your tour’s specific booking terms. By submitting a deposit, you acknowledge acceptance of the finalised trip itinerary and agree to adhere to payment deadlines. Failure to complete payments by the agreed-upon deadlines may result in the cancellation of your booking. Full payment typically locks in and secures the quoted rate.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Payment ProcessTo facilitate your payment, we will provide you with our banking details. All payments are processed through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Once you have selected your desired trip, an invoice will be promptly sent to you. To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required. Kindly ensure that the full payment is completed via EFT between 10 and 30 days before your scheduled trip. When making the payment, please use your name and the invoice number as the payment reference. Your timely cooperation in this payment process is appreciated, ensuring a seamless experience as you prepare for your upcoming adventure.
